Be Healty&Be Happy was created to increase the number of conscious people who care about themselves and others. Historically, people achieve more in groups than they do individually.
The idea for Be Healty&Be Happy dates back to 2015. When, after graduating from medical school and gaining special knowledge, we came to the realization that having basic medical knowledge is desirable, if not for everyone, then for very many. The ability to help ourselves and other people completely corresponds to the idea of collective security. It was the idea of collective security that was the ancient impetus for progress and evolution that set man apart from the animal world and made him what he is today. Without cooperative action and concern for one another, today’s world would not be possible. Tens of thousands of years ago, disparate groups of people banded together in tribes and communities to survive, resulting in nations, peoples, and eventually states. The strong side of the State is a narrow specialization of its citizens for the sake of maximum efficiency of interaction, but it is also the weakest one, because if the system fails, its individual mechanisms – people in a non-standard situation threatening their health or life do not know “what to do?
The task of Be Healty&Be Happy is to answer the question “what to do?” and, most importantly, “how to do it? By learning how to provide emergency care, you participate in the evolution of man and society.
That’s why we organized Be Healty&Be Happy – to help everyone who wants to get such an important knowledge as first aid skills.

Reducing the risk of the consequences of an injury or seizure is easier when you know how to help an injured person and how to keep yourself safe.
Our lecturers are practicing physicians and internationally certified instructors.
We also have courses on healthy living. Life is one and you need to understand how to live longer. These courses are for that very purpose.
