Vestibular Rehabilitation

What is Vestibular Rehabilitation?

Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based treatment approach to reduce your symptoms of dizziness, motion sensitivity and disequilibrium.

Repositioning maneuvers and repeated exposure to certain positions may be needed to improve your symptoms.

Secondary conditions such as neck pain and headaches may also be present and can be alleviated by physical therapy.

An evaluation with one of our specialized physical therapists will lead you and your physician to a directed plan of care for treatment and your personal goals will be discussed.

Treatment sessions vary from 1-2x/week x 4-6 weeks depending on your specific needs.
