4/4/2011 - Adventist Medical Center Presents, "Do you keep finding the weight you lost?"
Losing weight is easy. It’s keeping the weight off that is hard and makes the goal of staying healthy frustrating and even depressing.
Adventist Medical Center (AMC), presents a free class designed to help individuals live well. “Do You Keep Finding The Weight You Lost” will be presented by Diana Fleming, PhD, nutritionist and co-author of the New York Times best seller, The Full Plate Diet on Thursday, April 7 at 7 p.m.
The class is designed to help anyone who is on the diet rollercoaster of losing weight and gaining it all back again. Participants will learn 10 essential tools to help them succeed.
The program helps participants break out of the yo-yo diet world and experience the freedom and joy of eating a full plate of food without the guilt created by deprivation and hunger.
Registration is required for the free class by calling 503-256-4000. The event will be held at Adventist Medical Center’s Amphitheater C.
